• Ink (paint) manufacturing and paper printing operations in the plant.
• No sales or performance targets.
• Comfortable work environment with choices to work standing or sitting.
• Shift Type: Day / Night Shift (12 Hours Duty: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM).

Salary & Pay Structure

• Basic Salary (8 Hours / 26 Days): ₹16,521 per month (₹15,221 + ₹1,300)
• In-Hand Salary (12 Hours / 30 Days): ₹24,000 net per month (after PF & ESI deductions)
• Gross Salary (12 Hours / 30 Days): ₹26,500
• Salary Increment: ₹1,000 to ₹1,500 salary increment every 6 months
